*Stories that Connect Us* is a storytelling book club that invites people from different backgrounds to meet through literature. Stories of migration are often one-sided or stereotypical. We believe that real connection begins when we get to share our own stories.
Participants are invited to bring a piece of literature that feels connected to their personal story – whether it’s a book, poem, short story, or article. Those who wish can share what the text means to them, but listening is just as valued. Most importantly, everyone is welcome!
